Simple User Guide

A plain-language guide for getting useful results quickly, even if you have never used a personality, entrepreneurship, or business-model tool before.

πŸš€ The simplest way to use the app

Start with your own operating style, add one or more business ideas, compare the work demands, then use the premium labs to turn uncertainty into small evidence-producing actions. Save anything useful and edit it until it fits your real situation.

1. ✨ Create your account

Select Create account, enter your name and email, and choose a strong password. If purchase access is required for the deployment, use the access code sent to the purchase email.

2. πŸ§ͺ Take the Entrepreneur Operating Style Assessment

Answer all 50 statements based on how you usually behave today. Do not try to look β€œmore entrepreneurial.” The app scores five dimensions: Opportunity Exploration, Execution Discipline, Customer & Network Energy, Risk & Ambiguity Comfort, and Recovery & Persistence.

The result is not a diagnosis or a prediction of success. It is a structured way to notice which types of work may feel natural, effortful, or highly dependent on context.

3. πŸ’Ž Set your value priorities

During the assessment, rate values such as autonomy, financial stability, learning, impact, flexibility, scale, craftsmanship, and legacy. A business that looks attractive financially may still be a poor life fit if it conflicts with the outcomes you actually value.

4. πŸ“˜ Read your Entrepreneur Operating Manual

The manual translates your scores into practical work-design questions: how you discover opportunities, execute, sell, make uncertain decisions, recover from setbacks, and design around lower-energy demands.

5. πŸ—ΊοΈ Map your Founder Style by Context

You may behave differently while selling than while delivering work, hiring, or handling a cash crisis. Use the context map to record those changes. This prevents one global score from becoming an excuse or stereotype.

6. πŸ’‘ Add Business Idea Profiles

Add each idea you are seriously considering. For every idea, rate the venture's demand for capital, selling, operations, uncertainty, people leadership, time to revenue, regulation/compliance, and technical/domain depth. These sliders describe the business model, not you.

7. 🎯 Review Personality & Business Fit

The fit view compares your current operating preferences with each idea's work demands. A lower fit score is not a rejection. Read the suggested design moves: change the channel, simplify the model, automate, delegate, partner, hire, use professional support, improve systems, or build a skill.

8. 🧱 Build an Editable Business Model

Document the customer, problem, value proposition, revenue model, pricing logic, channels, delivery, activities, resources, partners, costs, advantage, riskiest assumptions, next experiment, and decision thresholds. Save new versions as your evidence changes.

9. πŸ’“ Run the Entrepreneur Readiness Pulse

Rate problem clarity, customer evidence, offer clarity, unit economics, runway, sales system, delivery readiness, and founder capacity. The app highlights the weakest current dimension and suggests one next action.

10. ✨ Use the 12 Premium Labs

Choose the lab that matches your current decision:

  • Opportunity Screener: test whether a problem deserves deeper attention.
  • Founder Role Fit: decide what you should own, learn, systematize, automate, delegate, or partner around.
  • Customer Discovery: prepare evidence-focused interviews.
  • Business Model Fit: stress-test how the model's pieces connect.
  • Pricing & Economics: structure price, cost, margin, acquisition, and break-even questions.
  • Sales & Go-to-Market: design a focused sales rhythm.
  • Runway & Resources: protect decision time and cash thresholds.
  • Risk & Pre-Mortem: identify failure modes and downside boundaries.
  • Negotiation: prepare alternatives, interests, terms, and walk-away points.
  • Decision Lab: match decision speed to reversibility and evidence.
  • 90-Day Launch: sequence validation, paid pilot, delivery, and repeatability.
  • Sustainable Growth: scale the bottleneck without destroying cash, quality, or founder capacity.

11. πŸ“š Learn from the 1,000 Case Studies

The library contains exactly 500 USA cases and 500 EU/global cases across 20 categories. Use Search, Category, Difficulty, and Region filters. View Only keeps the source case unchanged. Save As creates your own editable copy so you can rewrite the goal, actions, measures, and notes.

12. πŸ’Ύ Edit your saved work

Open My Editable Work to rename saved items, change goals, rewrite actions, add decision thresholds, add notes, or delete items you no longer need. Generated analysis remains visible as a reference while your action plan stays editable.

13. πŸ“„ Export useful data

The Reports page lets you download your latest entrepreneur profile as JSON, your business-fit portfolio as JSON, and the case-library index as CSV. Review exports before sharing because they may contain information you entered.

14. πŸ”Š Use Read Aloud and themes

Use Read, Pause, Continue, and Stop at the top of the page. Decorative emojis are not intended to be spoken. Use the Theme control to switch between light and dark teal-green modes.

15. πŸ” Manage your password

Use Settings to update your profile or change your password while signed in. If you forget the password, use the Reset Password link on the sign-in page. Password-reset links are time-limited.

16. 🧭 A good weekly routine

  1. Choose one important business question.
  2. Collect one piece of customer, financial, or operating evidence.
  3. Run one relevant premium lab.
  4. Save the result and rewrite it as your own plan.
  5. Define one metric and one decision/review date.
  6. At the review date, record what changed before adding more complexity.

⚠️ When to use professional help

Use qualified professionals for material legal, tax, accounting, investment, lending, insurance, employment, regulatory, safety, medical, mental-health, or other specialized decisions. This app helps organize questions; it does not replace licensed or regulated expertise.
